Work Experience
Since completing my Foundation Degree I have been working for TheHut group in a job involving online advertising for companies such as Tesco Entertainment, zavvi, Asda, Lovefilm.com, Sendit.com, thehut.com, Co-op, PC World, Currys, Dixons and more. Since commencing full-time work I have learnt how to create a website blog using Wordpress which portrays a range of work from graphic design to photography.

Mid-Cheshire College 2006 – 2008: Foundation Degree in Graphic Design (Validated by The University Of Chester)
Prior to taking a job at TheHut.com I had been taking a two year long Foundation Degree in Graphic Design at Mid-Cheshire College where I gained many new skills including using a combination of the latest graphic design software. I have also gained basic skills in website design using multimedia software.
Foundation Degree Work Experience:
During my two years conducting my Foundation Degree in Graphic Design I took two weeks work experience at Zarafa Marketing Agency where I gained valuable knowledge of how an advertising agency operates, the vital job roles that keep a business operating and the ethics and legislation behind advertising. During these two weeks I took on the job of designing a new corporate identity for a small business. This time spent in industry gave me a much clearer understanding of the time it takes to complete a brief and the importance of meeting deadlines.
